All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Expected delivery window is 4 to 7 business days.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for any order that is undelivered, unclaimed or returned, with the exception of any error on our part.
Returns are not accepted, except for damaged or broken products. The damaged product must be unused and returned within 30 days of purchase. Once the product is received, a refund (excluding shipping cost) will be issued.
